Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed items in their original condition.To start a return, email us at info@mildcrisis.com with your order number and reason for the return. We’ll get back to you within 1–2 business days with instructions.

Please note: return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrived damaged or you received the wrong product, email us right away at info@mildcrisis.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll make it right.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

You’ll receive an email confirmation once it’s processed.
